Kalaimagal Education and Social Integration Trust (KESIT) is a non-political, not-for-profit, secular organization founded in 1996 under the leadership of Mrs. S. Padmavathi. We are committed to improving the quality of life for the poor, with a special focus on marginalized communities such as the scheduled castes and tribes. KESIT is one of the leading voluntary organizations in Tamil Nadu working to develop the rural poor. We give priority to the most neglected groups and follow a rights-based approach to service.
